HISTORY

Mezzanine Design is a creative arts project started in 2000 by Ben Alves. This website is designed to be an online hub that encompasses various graphic design, creative arts and media projects I am involved in and exploring as time goes on.

Since a placement in a graphic design and print shop in East London for my yr 10 work experience, I have developed a passion for all things design from print through to visual effects through to logo and branding. I went on from this placement to teach myself Adobe products including Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash. I am continually looking to challenge and develop my current skill base as well as learn new skills and techniques.

I am looking to work in graphic design arenas but would like to further training in aeas such as video production (more advanced)as well as music production and writing.
